5 Elements Acupressure

Acupressure is an ancient form of massage that is one of the treatment methods used in Traditional Chinese Medicine. The goal of Acupressure is to encourage the movement of qi ("life energy") through the 14 channels (meridians) inside the body.

Acupressure is often called Acupuncture without the needles. Instead of needles, acupressure involves the application of manual pressure (usually with the fingertips) to specific points on the body.

Most people use acupressure to manage symptoms of a condition, such as: Insomnia, headache, menstrual cramps, muscle tension and pain,  nausea and vomiting during pregnancy, and morning sickness. Mental and emotional tension, anger, depression, or anxiety.
